Well, I said f it and ran a chkdsk on my ssd anyway and now that message is gone. So maybe what I read was a myth. I wonder what caused that error...
So basically this says the file $Mft is damaged and not readable... (I don't know what that file is) then suggests I should run a check disk on it...
