i didnt update the bios this probleam happen and than i update cause i saw some comment they say on it to update the bios after i update nothing...

yes i reseat the CPU and and apply new thermal paste and check the pins i mad all this even before i start this topic the motherboard is dell...
cpu is dell xps 8500 rams is ( Nanya (4GBx4) 2Rx8 PC3-12800U-11-12-B0 1600 DDR3 )
i test each one alone and all of them they work and each slot i check it alone all of them work the problem there is 2 rams block in each block...
i don't have now other bios, the probleam happen and i didn't make any update for bios but after this happen i mad update
i toke rams out many times and change them places many times and i reset the bios many time but all this doesn't help.
