    Cubase 11.40 Pro now working with Waves and also the other Plugs

    I did a new install of window 10 and cubase 11 pro (LEGAL) then waves 13 then Soundtoys etc.... DID NOT add B23 until the last with groove agent...

    yep did that already :) no change they are in the plug in list as loaded but dont show in the meue but if i do a refresh instal of cubase no...

    Waves kioharts izotope not working in Cubase 11 .41 pro Win 10 1904 full update included the VST3 folder also Plug manager black listed them...

    there are lots of .XML files and no Preset manager i believe I have to make my own collection to generate the xml flie so that it can edited
