I would look at the player series not too bad. I don't have much experience with Yamaha as others have said.
The best one I have heard were Tune 1000. I haven not seen them any where around. They were for GM format.

Is that latency you posted via USB or Thunderbolt? I was looking at the MOTU before I purchased my Presonis 2626
