      The confidentiality agreement included that when cut the individual was not aloud to work with anyone, use any development codes etc etc but under IP he never actually surrendered the rights or licensed it, it was only mentioned that Digidesign used it while he was employed..but they used the CA to target him with the FEDS and his children with CPS to protect themselves

      The story is well known in the SF area-silicon valley, happened during early 90s, the only way you can obtain the details of the case (sealed by a judge) is by requesting a copy via IP attorney from the FBI in San Fransisco or your local area under the "FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT", your attorney will explain the risks for digging into cases like this
