I guess you have win it is somthing wrong with the installer happens to many people
You MUST unrar the update and there you find a folders one exe file open the folder you see one named steam now locate your steam folder on the hardrive.
And simply overwite everything in the v 1.5 update.
Then run the installer so you can update the plugin.Make sure you can see where the plugin ...
