Doesn't appear to be a problem.Looks like they ignored the preview cycle (the last few upgrades they complained about being behind because apple provided no advanced notice or betas for them to test or update against)
They'll grouse, and update and it will be fine. If you contact them, they'll say they're waiting on 10.10.1 to update probably

Looking at the list, it's the usual offenders with the only notable exception being izotope.(and weirdly enough stutter edit works just fine in logic in 10.10)

Yes, but only the unexperienced ones that blindly jump on everything with the label "NEW" on it.

Like with most new software we have the choice:
New and buggy or established and mature.

The fun thing is that this fact hasn't changed since software and personal computers exist, yet every time it happens some make a big deal out of it

all ok here, once 32 lives was reset!
even a problem I had with the oxygen midi controller is sorted out by deleting the preferences file and leaving logic to create a new one.
So conclussion even the most sloppy users can manage the upgrade without running into big problems.
And also it's worth notice that on here there is a wealth of tips for each worst case scenario.

But I am having trouble craking sonnox and softube, for the reason that they want me to replace ddl files that I don't find anymore like I used to.

    Tips and tricks ?

And for those using an SSD drive for your system, TRIM can only be activated with tweaks using the terminal...

I have trouble with Mavericks' Finder. I know many people also experience the same problem as me, but seems many other don't. Any solutions I found in the internet DON't solve the problem.

Is Yosemite doesn't have the 'Finder bugs' like I experience in Mavericks?

    (The 'bug' is:
OSX Finder took long time (until too long sometimes) to only open and/or show folders and/or files.
For the meantime, I solve it by using a 3rd app instead; PathFinder as the substitute, as my main 'finder'. And it's a good app and better than OS X Finder itself actually,..but still, many times it's unavoidable to use the OSX Finder as the default again, for example when I have to search for file/folder from within an app, then the bugs is there again...so it's very annoying.
Writing to Apple is useless. They never release the fix).
