Using trackpad as midi controller ??

    Hi

    just wondering is it possible to set up the track pad to control modulation and pitch bend or an x/y controller in logic X ? and then record the changes in real time ?

    Ive seen track master , easy midi and easy midi free ....are they any good ? im running OS X 10.9.4

    i don't know about mac stuff, but i used to do that on my windows laptop and it is one of the coolest things ever

    Its not usefull like ios or android devices
    There xy cheap midi controllers like nanopad2 from korg that cost 37 usd with free wolrwide shipment...

    You could use "Tongseng" to generate TUIO messages from the multitouch pad, then OSCulator to convert these to MIDI messages.
    Google all that, you'll find plenty of information.
    Track master might be the easiest solution, but I haven't tried it.
    I don't doubt that it works too, but have a close look at the little details like how to switch from trackpad XY control mode to the default MacOSX trackpad mode, for example.
