    What a beautiful track

I absolutely love the synth work and the drums are very tight.

    Here are my comments

The synth pad is a bit loud. But here's how I deal with it. Using mid/side EQ, cut out some of the 500-1000Hz region only in the Mid. Then boost that frequency in the Side. 1-2 dB should do the track,
Then, make a boost in the Mid at 300-400Hz to give it a bit of extra warmth. 1dB should do the trick here.

Also I think the drums could use a little fattening up. Again using an EQ just a little boost at around 100Hz, 1-2dB

Some delay on the vocal would be nice too occasionally just to add some more interest to it and add some movement to the track.

    Again, great job

thanks for the constructive criticism man. that's what i want to hear!
yeah i know, there is still a lot to make to bring the sound forward. the drums for example need also a better compression, beside the Eqing. also the bass area needs a bit more bass, that's for sure. i will go into detail after the arrangement is finished. i will add also more sounds and maybe i will re-arrange all, because i'm almost never satisfied with my work when i hear the stuff too often. my biggest problem!
i will try to implement your EQ tips. there are actually 2 or 3 synth sounds, but mostly rhodes and piano samples. i have already grouped them together on one track (will change it later) and i used the Sonalkis Stereo tools on it. should i group all synth sounds and use a mid/side EQ, is that ok?

you could definitely do that. I would say try both and see what sounds better. try it on the group first and if you find that you're loosing too much body on one or more of the synths then do it to the individual track or tracks that are overpowering.
