    FilterCrusher is a free dual filter effect built around a tube simulation circuit which is based on Audio Assault’s superb commercial tube amplifier plugin GrindMachine. FilterCrusher was developed by Audio Assault and it is available for free download exclusively on Bedroom Producers Blog.

    Features

    Adjustable 12 dB high and low pass resonant filters.
    Modeled tube circuit.
    Subtle and “crush” modes.
    Zero latency.
    Optimized for low CPU usage.

    The plugin is released as a 32-bit and 64-bit VST/AU plugin for Windows and Mac.

    Tried it today… = not my cup of tea! *no*
    No volume level indicator, no numbers indicators for the knobs etc…
    Seems like they develop freeware only to make test-Plug-Ins for coming pay-ware. :sad:

    @ Kookaboo,

    For your info, any of their Plug-Ins, even the 'commercial' ones as are 'Grinder Machine' & 'Bass Grinder' ('Guitar' & 'Bass' Amp Simulations) have 'Numbers Indicators' for their respective Knobs !!! *no*

    Nevertheless, these are good Plug-Ins that sound GOOD (in my own opinion !)... *yes* :wink:

    Most folks can look at a knob and see how far up or down it is.. its pretty basic.

    *yes* And in some sense, it's not so bad because in this case, you must FIRST trust your ears (and your sense of hearing) rather than to be 'stuck' by a particular number... *yes*
