    Hey guys,

    I was looking for an answer to this and found this awesome forum. I'm glad to be a member. I'll try to be thorough with my question (maybe too thorough)

    I'm in the process of overhauling my Kontakt libraries and am looking for a way to assign a wallpaper to every instrument in a particular library (Not a library tab wallpaper).

    I know how to add the wallpaper via a script and Resource Container on a per instrument basis, but can't figure out how to do it for an entire library and I have almost no Kontakt scripting experience.

    I've tried just dropping a wallpaper.txt file with the same script that I would use in the \Resources\scripts folder with the png/txt file in the \Resources\pictures folder, but that was just a stab in the dark. I've tried doing this with libraries that I have installed using both methods (*.ncint file and registry edits).

    The library I'm currently targeting for this would be EWQL Symphonic Orchestra Pro. This library consists of 69 nkc & nks files and 3,418 nki files spread between 4 libraries (Strings, Winds, Brass, & Perc. The current dir structure for each library:

    Code:
    <EWQL Strings>
    <instruments>

    *.nki files
    <multies>

    *.nkm files
    *.nkc files
    *.nks files

    I'd like to consolidate these 4 into one library like:

    Code:
    <EWQL Symphonic Orchestra>
    <1. Strings>
    <instruments>

    *.nki files
    <multies>

    *.nkm files
    *.nkc files
    *.nks files
    <2. Winds>
    <instruments>

    *.nki files
    <multies>

    *.nkm files
    *.nkc files
    *.nks files
    <3. Brass>
    <instruments>

    *.nki files
    <multies>

    *.nkm files
    *.nkc files
    *.nks files
    <4. Percussion>
    <instruments>

    *.nki files
    <multies>

    *.nkm files
    *.nkc files
    *.nks files

    I've done a consolidation by creating "EW Symphonic Orchestra.nicnt" in the main folder and adding that library and the structure is perfect. I just want wallpapers to brighten my day a bit.

    I'd be glad to share any of the finished wallpapers or files when complete.

    Thanks for the reply. I know how to add a BG image on each instrument. The issue is that there are 3,400 nki files in this library. I was hoping for a global solution.
