Do you know some good Samples? And what drum machines/ sounds would you use?

 

These are made using voices with a vocal transformer like Logic's Vocal Transformer. You could probably do it with Autotune or any pitch software With the Formant turned down, so it stays in key but gives that low voice sample vibe. Add a side chain plugin so it has a slow attack (check out Nicky Romero's KickStart plugin) and some deep reverb.
