I think this borders on the instant gratification line, but in the musical terms, workflow wise this is the first time i literally made 99% of the sounds myself, so i guess i´ll share it. more about dork/geek things genre wise i´m not sure what it is mix wise, i wanted it to be a bit static in the top end, i don't often cite any album and stuff like that but i did listened to Monolake - Cinemascope few months ago and probably am influenced by some degree kick is dry as it can be while usually reverb would gel it more no widening, it feels narrow, mixed in mono probably could use some deeser more than half the sounds were pushed thru the mono transformer, i´m still iterating the idea, if i ad some or any parts like resistors or caps it just looses ´something´ So this is the step i started making more often, i just ignore everything and just make sounds and use what i make, that little stab is Oxe FM vst other things are samples, so much less boredom and being saturated with plugins and packs. Vocal´s are from a ´What we know is Water´documentary btw. Last edited: Jul 16, 2026
To me it could be the soundtrack to your avatar, the goings on inside the house when the people living there are snowed in during the epic snowstorm.
That´ssss...kinda creative actually! maybe we should post tracks with corresponding gifs from now on i´m actually thinking thru this idea atm..
