Hi,
I’m using the most recent KLU (2.4). I’ve reinstalled KLU multiple times but continue to get these errors I’m using Kontakt 8.9 but have tried other versions as well. I’m not sure if I’m doing something wrong, and I’ve searched for answers but I still can’t figure out what’s going on.

-I’m getting a lot of errors with adding any “NI Kontakt-branded” libraries. I’ll get the error “library not installed.” This will happen on Scarbee and Orange Tree libraries for Kontakt as well. Other brands like 8Dio will be installed without incident.

- some libraries will get installed via KLU but then when I open up in Kontakt, it searches for files.

- when I install a library the dialog “ the SNPID” number is not used by any of your libraries” pops up non-stop no matter how many times I close it.

- batch conversion does not work.

If you read back further in the original KLU thread, @FredBloggs mentioned issues with KLU 2 and Kontakt 8. Try using Add Library for MacOS.

Has there been an update to Kontakt Library Utility since 2.4.0 yet? Just wondering if it was buried in a thread or if it’s really been this long since the last update? Considering I’ve mainly only used Kontakt to test if libraries are working after they’ve been shrunk with Lite Converter on windows I wonder if there’s a need for an update especially as newer Mac’s come even if the Apple silicon platform might remain the same…
