New Sound & Performance Features

Changelog: Version 2.0.1 rc1:

Presets:
- Updated factory sounds from Chuck Zwicky for wheels.

Preset Browser:
- New "More Sounds ..." button linking to additional sound sets in the Waldorf shop.

Effects:
- New on/off switches for the Delay and Diffuser (reverb), so each can be bypassed independently. Both default to off; existing presets that used these effects keep their sound. Their buffers are cleared when switched back on, so no stale echo or reverb tail carries over.

Bug Fixes:
- Effect and Arpeggiator settings now load with the preset instead of carrying over from the previously played sound. (Switch on "Keep Effect Settings" or "Keep Arp Settings" in the browser if you want to keep your current settings across preset changes.)

Performance:
- Lower CPU usage in Multi mode, especially with more than one voice card only the voices actually in use are processed now.
