how do you cope with negative emotions?

 

Marrying a prince doesn't solve these kinds of problems either, ha?

Joke aside, feeling bad and having negative emotions are normal. It's not wrong, you're fine, we need those feelings too. I was very depressive a couple of months ago. I considered my whole life worthless. After some time, I'm doing a podcast, releasing a new album next week. (Old songs but still new hopes)

Try to change your environment. If you can, get a little vacation, get some time to think alone. Make new plans. If you can't go on holiday, switch your furnitures places in your room. Start exercising, just change your routine and know that you need some downs in your life. Some trees need to be pruned to grow taller.

I'm not really a tv fan.. My mother often told me "this too shall pass" so when Sheldon said that it stuck in my mind..

i go for a long walk in the forest. far from other ppl when possible. also doing sports - this helps in a long run

 

I bite someone.

 

Discipline and routine, enough sleep, exercise, cooking healthy food, hiking, and self-reflection, especially in the moments of peace, in nature.

Then again, a bottle of wine feels great at times, and a little ganja, some monkey shaking... some not so healthy but useful stuff, for balance, you know. And life feels better then.

Broken record, but here goes: building muscle, exercising regularly in virtually every study ever has turned out to be among the very best long-term mood improvement DIYs with effects comparable to using anti-depressants.

You don't need a gym membership or gear either.

 

If one is a musical artist it is essential that our main function is to convey emotions in either purely musical form or with the added benefit of libretto that whatever the emotion, it resonates at some level with the listener and they either can relate to in empathy or after deciding that the song is bollucks can disagree and reject it entirely. For the creator of that music it is a way to discover the motivation of those feelings and the ideas that form the cornerstone in how we ourselves accept or reject them. It is generally the same with all forms that we might employ.

So, let the music speak through you and in a feedback circle to gain greater awareness about yourself, the human condition and from in/out there exposed to the light one can explore in greater detail motivations which either hinder your growth or slingshot you to empowerment. Those that listen will get it and through them that circle is joined with your own...and on and on.

It works for me.

thats just part of life everyone has mood swings some ome more than others you just have to learn how to deal with them and turn the bad into something good.dont start taking medication just because people say thats a huge mistake unless you actually have a physical condition
