Tesseract Echo is not just another delay plugin—it’s a highly versatile sound design playground. Whether you need classic synced echoes, lush ambient washes, or want to literally "play" your delay line like a physical modeling synthesizer using MIDI, this tool is built to spark creativity.

Uryan Hardwares - Waelar (Synth Plugin) Free

Waelar by Uryan Hardwares is a Virtual Instrument Audio Plugin for macOS, Windows and Linux.
It functions as an Audio Units Plugin and a VST 3 Plugin.

Waelar is a modern dual-oscillator virtual synthesizer built around a clear idea: delivering fast, musical results without interrupting the creative flow. Instead of forcing the user into complex routing or excessive parameter tweaking, Waelar focuses on immediacy, coherence, and sound quality. Every element of the instrument—from its signal path to its interface—is designed to support intuitive interaction while still offering enough depth for detailed sound design.

The engine has been refined to ensure stability, consistency, and musical behavior across both simple and complex use cases. Whether used for quick idea generation or more deliberate sound shaping, Waelar v2.3 provides a balanced environment where creativity is not slowed down by technical friction. Its architecture supports modern production workflows, with full parameter control, automation compatibility, and a responsive interface that scales reliably.

A defining aspect of Waelar is the integration of intelligent systems that assist the user without taking control away. Features like Inspire and Drift extend the instrument beyond traditional synthesis by introducing structured variation and organic movement, while still preserving predictability and musical usability.

The OKTABEP VST3/AU plugin is our implementation of a simple polyphonic octaver effect (two upper octaves and two lower ones). The plugin was mainly designed for guitar and bass, but you can certainly use it with any signal source. Experiment away!

The only difference [between shareware and paid] is that [the shareware version] contains a message saying “If you enjoy this plugin, please consider buying the full version”.

The Astronaut Reverb is a VST3/AU plugin based on the reverb algorithms of the Astronaut pedal. The XY controller allows you to blend four different reverb algorithms simultaneously. The plugin offers 9 blendable reverb algorithms and 3 utility ones, along with the WARP knob, which simulates time speeding up or slowing down.

Unlike the paid version, [the free version] only has six algorithms (SKYNET1, SKYNET2, SHIMDOWN, CLEAN CRUSH, WHITE NOISE and SILENCE) and has no internal preset saving system.

I thought I'd mention these again, now that Molot (the old one) has been added to the collection. So if you're on Reaper, or you're using a plugin that can run JSFX ( like https://github.com/JoepVanlier/ysfx/releases ), don't mind the lack of GUI and are nostalgic for vintage Molot tones..!

    Compressors: RS124, VBL, CL1B, CA2A, LMC1, Molot
    Soft-clippers: Inflator, Fattener

(@ZUK just posted as I was writing this, so I'll leave it here as an addendum.)

Audio Damage has remade their old plugin, Ronin, to modern formats and platforms, so Linux/macOS/Windows/ipadOS (VST3/AUv3/CLAP/LV2). The original still is available from their Free & Legacy section and runs fine with jBridge (maybe other ways).

From quick testing it sounds the same (as they claim) and it still sounds very grungy. It's a semi-modular filter/delay/saturation effect where the fun begins when you start adding feedback loops to the signal path. Highly recommend mapping some parameters to MIDI and play it like an instrument or automate it. I can get loud so maybe stick a limiter after it and keep the volume down when doing the initial patching.
