I've been working on something chill so I needed a break, and what's better than really nasty Florida death metal?

Dave Brubeck Quartet is still genius. Funnily enough I recently listened to some Soviet era Polish jazz, Zbigniew Namyslowski Quartet, which has similar... undercurrents. Mainly that they used weird (for jazz anyway) time signatures and could somehow still make it swing.

    Highly recommended.
