    Hi everyone,

I've recently downloaded R2R's Arturia V collection 10 and it works perfectly. Those guys are heroes.

My problem is that during the installation the option "install third party formats ressources" doesn't exist so I can play the instruments properly on Reaper but if I want to use Komplete Kontrol to navigate the presets directly from my keyboard it is not possible because the required files were not installed.

Do you know if there's anything to do about it ? I personally can't think of a solution but I don't have much experience with these things.

    Thanks guys

I'm not on Windows, which may contribute to this, but Komplete Kontrol has always been ongoing nuisance. They claim it is Apple Compatible but it can't even load AU format plugins in it for the most part. In 2026. :drummer:

You probably downloaded v3.5.3 of Komplete Kontrol? There was a 3.5.1 release from Bob Dule you might try. I looked on another site and there are no complaints from people about either version though. Maybe you could use the installer of it to payload just the files you couldn't. Someone will probably have a direct workaround for it.

But this was mentioned with the Bob Dule upload details:

    3.5.1 รน 2025-09-10
Minimum OS requirements: - MacOS 13. - Windows 10 (latest Service Pack), Windows 11.
    FIXED Issue where REAPER hangs
FIXED performance issue causing plugin parameters not to update smoothly
FIXED plugin scanning failing for certain plugin vendors

I actually have an official version of Komplete Kontrol because the software is free when you buy the keyboard. It is the latest version The weird thing is that some plugins like pianoteq or massive are detected but some are not (Arturia, Kontour, Monark). So maybe I should use the Bob Dule version instead but it would be weird that it solves the problem when the official version doesn't, right ?

    Thanks for your help.

I am pretty sure it is an inherent R2R situation. All VR packages include nks data (although, there are always a couple where that does not seem to work properly or where you have to move the NKS stuff at the right location by yourself. But this only happened once or twice). Arturia Analog Lab does not provide NKS support though out of the box.

Another advantage of the VR versions - there is a direct option do save the data in a location of your liking.

I'll try to find the VR version of Arturia instruments see if it works. What about Monark or Kontour which are not detected though being NI instruments ? I can't remember if those were uploaded by R2R I have to check, but isn't weird anyway ?

    Thanks for your input
