    This is old new. I use the same tech in my Hue bulbs to detect movement and turn on lights using just wifi sensing. You need Hue Pro hub to make it work, but most Hue bulbs already support this. It's actually a great tech for corporate security. Military has been using it for decades. I think we forget that the military invented the internet anyway. Cool stuff.
