Okay, things are already going better now that I'm using a windows PC. However, I'm still having an issue adding the libraries to the Synchron Player.

I'm starting with libraries Clarinet Eb and Concert Guitar, both of which have 2 magic files each for 4 totaly. I copied the magic files into VSL dump, ran the cache manager and it added 4 to Synchron Player. Then I opened Synchron Player, hit the cogwheel and selected the folder where my library files are... and nothing happened. What am I missing?

 

In my case that's pretty much it. You need to restart the daw but i'm guessing you already did that.

Also, you may already know this but nothing is going to show up on the main window anyway, you need to go to the preset tab-thing on the right side, that's where the stuff is.

Coming in a few weeks later, I've got ALL of these installed, magic files loaded through the cache builder, but when I try to drag the files in Synchron Player or Synchron Pianos into place to be used I get red X's. I ran cache builder again and it shows 16 for synchron piano but only 4 for Synchron Player. And I'm using the R2R cracked versions of both programs.

Is there a fix for this, or something I did wrong?

 

In my experience the red crosses officially show that you don't have those libraries.Either they are not in you library folder or the r2r magic was not done properly. i have no experience other than with the synchron play. I used to get that a lot in the beginning...always my fault.Try counting how many R2R magic files in total there are for all the libraries you want installed and make sure the number matches that in the R2R folders in Programme data.Make sure you haven't mixed up the piano ones with the others.
