    Should I still use the melody in my song? In fact, Melody Sauce is using the melody on YouTube to demo their VST.
    I am a bedroom producer who never thought I'd be skilled enough to release a song. But I had already contracted a producer to add finishing touches to my song.

    common melodies are repeated around the world daily. I wouldn't worry about it.
