    :keys: Greetings Music Lovers! :keys:
Over the years I've been collecting a ton of custom OSCs, FX and utils for the Korg Logue platform since I own an NTS-1 and a Minilogue XD. Almost all are open source, plus some freebies from commercial developers from when they were available. Since it's my first post here, need to test the waters with the community. Don't want to break any rules that I am unaware of.
If you are one of the devs and wish your plugins to be removed, let me know and will do so.

The idea is to share an entire archive of free & open source OSCs, FX and Utils in a safe depository, in order for the community to be able to gain inspiration and enjoyment out of them. All the developers will be credited with the their name, the original documentation & the open source licence included in the archive. Also you might consider to support them moneteraly in the future. Some have paid plugins that will trully transform your Logue experience
:guru:Some are not in the official Korg repository >>here<<

I need your help to test the plugins and organize them better
You can pm me your thoughts or post below.
(Don't forget to mention what logue hardware you have and ofc your experiences!)

v0.4 of the Archive is available here for testing
(GDrive link, 34.8MB / Use the download option, the preview doesn't show everything)
Important Warning : Some times custom oscillators and effects misbehave and might cause audio glitches, your device to freeze and unpredictable volume levels. Although it is somewhat rare to happen in my experience and a restart fixes the issue, I feel the need to warn you.
    Test responsiblly please!

    :thanks:
What needs to be done and how you can help:
    - Get the archive & test the Logue goodies on your hardware (it contains only Korg Librarian files)
    - Let me know if you encountered any problems, glitches or non working ones here (or pm)
    - I will take care of the duplicates and the file structure but keep an eye out ;)
    - If you have stuff that are not included, post the devs link here or notify me
    - If there is an official manual missing, a link will be appreciated in order to add it
    - Will make a recommended section here for exceptionally good modules
    (appreciate your feedback!)

How the file extensions work with different synths
.ntkdigunit = Made for NTS-1, usually works with MiniXD, Prologue unconfirmed
.mnlgxdunit = Made for MinlXD, usually works on NTS-1 (high cpu usage dropouts in some)
it should work on Prologue, need confirmation from you
.prlgunit = Made for Prologue, it may work on a MiniXD(?)
(Needs investigating since it's supposed to have the highest cpu usage out of the 3 formats)
.drmlgunit = Made exclusively for Drumlogue
.nts1mkiiunit = NTS-1 mk2 exclusive (will not work on the original NTS-1 or any other)
    .nts3unit = NTS-3 exclusive

    What the archive contains

01 OSC -> Contains all the custom oscillators (Load them using the official korg librarian for your device, see the above section before you decide what version to use)
[16 slots available on the hardware]
02 MOD -> Modulation effects tip: if you see ModFX in the name of the module, it's most probably for this category only. An exception is Oleg Burdaev's FX pack that works for every effect slot. You can experiment with other slots if the korg librarian allows you (!)
    [16 hardware slots available]
03 DLY -> Delay effects (tip: if you see DelFX in the name of the module, it's most probably for this category only. Same exceptions as above)
    [8 hardware slots available]
04 RVRB -> Reverb effects (tip: if you see Revfx in the name of the module, it's most probably for this category only Same exceptions as above
    [8 hardware slots available]
05 DOCS -> Misc documents, info, guides, manuals and cc mappings (NTS-1 only for now)
06 Presets -> Empty for now waiting for your submissions!
    07 Drumlogue ->
    Plugins compatible only with Drumlogue

    Tips:

    - When it comes to FX, you can have all 3 effect engines on at the same time (++cpu usage)
    - Multiple copies of the same module in other FX slots is possible but kinda rare
Note: Oleg Burdaev FX pack is a notable exception, it is availiable for all 3 slots.Try to experiment with this, if the korg librarian allows it, you should be ok
    - The standard signal routing chain is OSC-> Filter -> ModFX -> Delay -> Reverb (note that you might get audio dropouts and weird behavior if you use all 3 effects at the same time especially with the NTS-1 and less often in the Minilogue XD. This is not common but it happens especially with how underpowered is the CPU of the NTS-1)
    - If your synth has an audio in (nts-1) and you want to send sound through it, you can decide your own custom routing (what will affect your input passing through its OSC -> Filter -> FX engines). For example, you can disable the OSC and Filter sections in order to use it as a pure effects processor.

(PS, Can't test on Prologue, Drumlogue, NTS-1 mk2, NTS-2, NTS-3 & microKORG 2 so I am totally reliant on your feedback for these machines)

Will keep updating the post with more info, this project might take a while, let me know also what hardware you have, so you can help test in the future if you wish

The 4th version of the Logue Archive is up for testing, link in the top post. Let me know of your thoughts and experiences. Enjoy Logue lovers! Almost infinite sonic posibilities are unleased!

    Notes for v0.4 and to-do
    - Added more than 30+ new modules
    - Got rid of more than 150 duplicate files
    - Grouped some module collections by developer, description and documentation added
    - The preset folder is empty, will add some of my own in the near future + yours! Share them!
    - Help me add any missing modules that are not included in the archive (catch em all!!)

That's a mean machine, you will enjoy for sure with 16 copies of the NTS-1 and the awesome sounding analog oscs! Love the analog L.F. Compressor it has also. Would love to hear from your experience with the archive and you will be valuable to contribute also since I don't own your synth to test.

People let me know your experiences with the Oscillators and effects, what did you liked or didn't. Will be releasing the next version of the collection soon, with some additions and better file structure. If you are looking for the private version, PM me ;)

This is a simple question, I have the original monologue, am I able to use and test on this? Thank you for taking the time to answer.

The short answer to your question is unfortunately not. The first generation of the Korg Logue series of synthesizers like yours and the original Minilogue, doesn't have the digital engine (1 oscillator and 3 fx slots) that powers the second gen ( NTS-1 / Minilogue XD / Prologue / Drumlogue ) and the 3rd gen ( NTS-1 mk2 and NTS-3 ).

My recommendation for you if you wanna roid up your monologue in the future, is to get an original NTS-1 (not the mk2) and use it as a multi effect unit that can provide you with an added filter and a synth layer. It's a bargain these days , you can buy one brand new @ ~80 euros. The units are getting sold out though as of 5/2025 so you might wanna hurry or wait for a used one to appear if your budget is limited at the moment.

The Archive is fully compatible with the NTS-1 and the later models and has more than 100 custom oscillators & effects, imagine the sonic possibilities!

PS: You can choose the signal path in the NTS-1. It has a 3.5mm stereo mini jack input. For example you might want your input (for you the monologue) only to pass through the multi fx (to use it as a dedicated fx unit) or use it as an extra oscillator layer by sending midi to it from your synth. The signal path is the following and has multiple options to choose from like all 3, 2 of them, or a single
[OSC] --> [Filter] --> [Multi FX]

Glad I was able to help the community!

Thank you MIke! I appreciate that very much. I actually have the Minilogue, I am not sure why it auto corrected "mini" to Mono"..lol. I will definitely check out my neighbourhood Long and Mcquade, ( I am in Canada, near Toronto) and some online Vendors for some options here.

    Thanks again for your time.

    With Gratitude,

    Dylan

Great to hear from you, Canada is a very beautiful place when it comes to nature, wanna visit someday! I own a Minilogue XD. The differences are as follows:
The original doesn't have the digital engine, but has a High pass filter and a 2 pole mode on the Low pass (that the XD doesn't have) plus a dedicated delay. Polyphony is the same, 4 notes of pure analog awesomeness. Happy I was able to help!
