I really dont know how to feel about this. On the one hand, the futurist in me is absolutely fascinated by the technology. But as a purist (in the loosest way possible), I want to push back and resist on this with all my heart and soul.

Interesting days ahead for producers is all I can say at this point.

ACE is awesome. My favorite for vocals. IIRC they did a partnership with East West recently.

 

dr mix is such a sellout lmao, i still enjoy his channel but he is the most blatant shill of all time. he has zero integrity. and imo the stuff he is working on here sounds absolutely awful - especially the vocals.

 

I wonder what this Dr. Mix guy would have become in life without some talent for music.

I think it's normal in the context of what he's doing. Code-switching in general is something everyone does, but when the performative aspects of it get ramped up to the point it's almost cartoonish, it can be pretty unsettling.
