As title says, all my Neural DSP amps from R2R stopped working this week. And it happened almost gradually. First one, then a second, then the rest.
Did anyone else encountered this? If yes, it might be a timebomb.

 

Try reinstalling or finding a newer version!

 

Not like I could help, but "stopped working" is not very specific. Doesn't open anymore? No sound? Artifacts? Errors? Crashes the DAW? Latest release or older versions?

 

I uninstalled with Revo and installed again. The versions that on sister site. Still doesn't work.
What happens is the plugin is running, but no sound comes out or a different soynd and the gui is unresponsive. Also, it only happens on old projects. On new, it runs just fine.

 

Aren't you crossing X and non X versions ?
Because they are different, and so need to be installed at the same time.

 

I'm referring to the X versions. Haven't used the non X versions in some time.

 

As far as i know, all presets are compatible (even non X to X) once opened.
BUT there may be some troubles related to DAW project saving parameters.

The only "solution" i see for now :
Uninstall new versions.
Install older version.
Open old projects.
Save PRESETS for each project instance

And install all again.
Open your old projects and IMPORT old presets into new plugins.

Didn't found anything on forums about this problem.

 

I'll check it out if it can work.
Of course, there is the issue that some amps, like John Mayer, don't have an older version. It might work for the rest.
