My Mom passed peacefully at about 1:30 pm.

    She was almost 90. She bypassed / did not experience dimentia which her mother and one sister endured.

    I hope I get to live such a long life. I'm sure there is a lot to remember about her, and those memories will keep her alive, even if she's somewhere far away. Life itself is a big mystery, but I hope our loved ones are looking out for us on the other side! All the best for you and your family in this difficult moment.

    Sorry for your loss, but glad to hear that she went out in what sounds like a fairly good way, if there is such a thing. Dementia is very hard to watch a person go through, so I'm glad she and you/yourfamily didn't have to endure that. I think my mom's headed down that road now (her mom had it too). All the best and my condolences.
