    Here and there.

I'm not on windows but I can imagine a wrong sound output routing.
If you see the level meters showing a sound output, there's sound but no output.

    Good luck!

I have the same issue on Windows 7.

For me: it's not a routing issue as it's being used in Ableton which is setup correctly. Other VSTs work fine.

It seems to be some form of protection. I didn't have any previous installations of Spire so it was a clean install.

It senses incoming MIDI but none of the faders work and you can't change patches. The only thing that seems to work (graphically) are the toggle switches. Usually when I try and remove the plugin from an Ableton session, it crashes it.

Just wanted to play around with it as I own Zebra but just written it off at this point and deleted it off my Windows PC.

Hmm that's weird, do you have the latest version of Spire? I have tried it on Fl Studio, Bitwig & Studio One on Windows 8.1 64bit and have no problems :dunno:

I went back to the early release of spire and it works fine. The recent ones 1.15 or 1.16 have no sound regardless of driver used. I still use xp so maybe there is incompatibility with the new releases.

Hey There, I actually fixed the problem in my case, by going into the channel rack, opening any spire in there, thenk click on the "Spire-1.1" with rightclick and finally click "receive notes from" -> "Typing Keyboard"/"Touch Keyboard" (depends on if you have either a Midi-Keyboard or not)

Hope I can help somebody :)
