Okay, since everybody and their (...fill something here...) is talking about this band Angine de Poitrine i.e.Angina Pectoris, what's the deal here and what's your impression?
Nay or Yay?

 

I like their music and their concept. At the very least, they're fun, but also unique.

 

I like them but I won't be buying any of their clothing merch, even if my nose would fit inside it.

 

My thumbs up is about as relevant as my thumbs down but I dig 'em. Mass appeal math rock is the last thing you'd expect so good on them!

 

I just stumbled on their music a few days ago, but I like it. It probably isnt something I'd listen to much, but i like microtonal stuff. Yay so far

 

I've been listening to them at least once a day since I discovered this band. By far one of the best musical offerings of the last 20 years. They've got a killer groove.

 

Imagine what it's like to have prehensile toes.

 

They stole my act. The only difference is I don't speak French.

 

Technically very competent but I hate everything about it. The music, the costumes. When I first saw it, I switched off within 30 seconds.

 

Cringe to say the least.

 

Nothing special. I thought it would be something more interesting/bizarre because of the hype, but it's not outstanding to me, musically or otherwise.

 

not for me. i thought it was the most annoying thing i have ever heard. they are a novelty act for sure, but it wont last long.

Respect what they do and the musicianship but it's a bit fatiguing to listen to for very long.
