Hello, does anyone know how to implement the stutter effect in Raxon's tracks and which synth he uses for his leads?

the second half of the vocal sample sounds like it had a timestretch algorithm used, that metalic akai sound. you can hear the same thing in some of the other samples. the repeater part would take 2 seconds in Logic using the RemixFX plugin.

If you use ableton, the drum rack FX have a stretch mode which does this brilliantly.

i'm not sure what he actually uses, but it's how i'd try recreating it. There is a sample around 3:50 where he used the same effect, and you can hear it is more than just a repeater. The Logic plugin is a multi-fx plugin, so whatever he used might be the same kind of thing. ChatGPT result said he uses Logic.
