Not intended specifically for #19, but if anyone can figure what the hell is going on here it might be good perhaps for a triple album. I found this random image years ago and personally I have not a clue! . I cannot come up with a plausible explanation l!

I've put my best detectives on the case, thanks for this inexplicable scene, here's an attempt at a possible solution...!

In the bottom left, we see a person with a roll of toilet paper and their pants pulled down, suggesting that they probably relieved themselves in the parking space due to the lack of a toilet on the street.

The man being held by the woman is holding an object in his left hand; it could be a stolen wallet belonging to the man with the toilet paper.

I think the lady is trying to stop the guy from kicking the street shitter's teeth out. From the car's plates it seems like they are in the USA, so violence is my guess.

Yes, violence for violence sake, after all those might be a license plate in the USA. The lady lives there, that's the door of her apartment. She has a dog that shits all over the neighborhood but never picks up after it. The fat guy with his pants down has had enough of it and has decided to take a dump on her doorstep to "I'll show her" while his friend played lookout, but not very well as she burst in on the scene...but who took the picture?

 

Perhaps it is gang crime after all.

maybe even a fratboy reunion. they told chubby they give him a 8ball of coke if he shit in front of the chinese lady's door they didn;t know she was a fucking black belt. the photo was taken moments before she flipped the guy on to the gummyboy shitter's belly, trampolining him for the knockout strike on the the other fratboys. you can see it by the way she crossed one arm over the other.
