One image of the HOST's choice will be the inspiration for each musical composition submitted to the Contest.

Not intended specifically for #19, but if anyone can figure what the hell is going on here it might be good perhaps for a triple album. I found this random image years ago and personally I have not a clue! . I cannot come up with a plausible explanation l!

I've put my best detectives on the case, thanks for this inexplicable scene, here's an attempt at a possible solution...!

In the bottom left, we see a person with a roll of toilet paper and their pants pulled down, suggesting that they probably relieved themselves in the parking space due to the lack of a toilet on the street.

The man being held by the woman is holding an object in his left hand; it could be a stolen wallet belonging to the man with the toilet paper.
