Wow. The kuassa efektor wah vst was apparently nailed and has remained @ v1.2.1 for 3 years running. Grab it off sisite. I miss R2R...

Please tell me what 'low pass filter' sounds like a Crybaby does when you sweep it all the way up and all of the low end is gone??

A wah pedal is just a bandpass filter that moves its central frequency. Every DAW already has a 'wah pedal' plugin that comes with it somewhere. Use the EQ it comes with and modulate the frequency.

About the Kuassa Efektor WF3607 I agree, and given the way things are going... maybe only the R2R team can pull it off the AU version. :winker:

I know... but often the best part of a journey isn't the destination, but everything that happens along the way. :mates:

The problem with using a real wah pedal is if you're not careful you can end up with Kirk Hammett-foot, a terrible condition for which there is seemingly no cure. Never climb into a car he's driving.

That's why I avoid real wah pedals and prefer AU plugs...

Do you know if it comes just possibly in only a left shoewah? That would be right-ous as it would make it easier to use with other pedals.

For vst, try Polychrome DSP Cry Boy. Was the best I heard when I was checking out Wah plugins.

After trying Effektor for quite some years, I've found the BlueCat Wah being far far superior.
They both need some tweaking to find the sweet spot for your playing and dynamics, but BlueCat sounds sounds amazing imho whereas Effektor sounded a bit "artificial".
