I am interested in these two all in one vocal processors. Does anybody have experience using one or both? I would love to hear your thoughts. Thanks in advance!

The Pulsar Vocal Studio actually has a lot more going in the background than it seems, if you check their website you can see the full diagram. It's a damn good tool to get a vocal done, but I actually prefer a more modular approach. If you're looking for a single channel strip for vocals, I think there's nothing that can beat it in terms of a "modern" vocal sound.

I found the Neural Mantra pretty disapointing. The Pulsar I thought was more usable but like the other users commented I much prefer to setup a chain of individual processors. Sometimes I'll use the P-Vocal studio on BGV groups though.

agreed. I wanted mantra to be better, I bought it way before it was on the scene and it wasn't worth it.
pulsar vocal studio I haven't used since it originally came out. I didn't find it great but I remember liking the compressor on bgv's
im free today, about to try it out on a song that just got approved last night, so I know what the mix needs to sound like so let me see how it sounds with vocal studio on the vocals vs the 2 plugins and hardware mix i did that already got approved. I mix hybrid but I want to test this... be back within 20-30min with my thoughts(and I won't use hardware, I normally always use hardware compression and eq, gonna be hard to not reach to my vandergraph or my titans but I'll do it)

ok, its not bad, not a fan of the fx, eq is limited but I did like the germanium drive but owning 2 real ones its not close but it adds a flavor...
the reverb isn't bad but I own a bracasti, rmx16, pcm96(takes forever to load up) so id never use it.
could I match the sound I previously had, no.. but it truly wasn't bad so of the 2 I'd definitely keep the pulsar over mantra... mantra just didn't do it for me but I do remember liking it on a punk rock song I mixed last year...maybe bc it pushed the vocal so hard and thats what the song called for but 90% of my work doesn't have that sound, its far cleaner
