Perhaps your brain or soul is craving different experiences. How about going out into nature, listening to the birds, the rustling of leaves, or, if you live near water, the movement of the waves or even the ebb and flow of the tide?

Yeah, I think music in general has hit a bit of a place where it's perhaps not evolving as quickly as it did for so many years.
Sure there's still new genres but, nothing is grabbing me as fresh.

I think a hiatus is in order, a change is as good as a rest and all that
