For the most part, yes. A good chunk of the Studio series libraries have been released on the sister site, and elsewhere.

The content for SSE is drawn from the full Studio series libraries (not Synchron series). The difference between SSE content and the corresponding full Studio versions? SSE has fewer articulations, and fewer RRs and dynamic layers on most instruments. Also, most of the SSE content is not sampled chromatically, so the tonal depth isn't the same as the full Studio versions. Still an impressive, and very useable collection!
