Since like 2018 I wear my headphones nearly everyday for hours beyerdynamic DT770 Pro I guess even the drivers inside the headphone had to be dangerous/contains a magnet or something which radiates into my head messing up my braincells

Instead of just making assumptions and not knowing for sure, you should send a friendly email to Beyerdynamic and get some clarification. You seem a bit lost, and I want to encourage you to get to the bottom of this so you can improve your situation.

I also created presets with my Beyerdynamic DT 990 Pro for 10 years. I didn't suffer any damage.
However, I always took sufficient breaks. When you're on the phone, definitely use a headset.

Put your phone further away, and when you sleep, turn it off and put it at least 2 meters away.
There shouldn't be anything metallic, batteries, or devices on standby next to your bed.

This gives your body a chance to recover at night. Try switching off every now and then and lie flat on your back for 15 minutes and just breathe. You should take a walk in nature once a week. Without your smartphone and headphones.
