That's a solid idea. I've already implemented something similar in the upcoming release. The primary issue was crashing the program if a registry value was missing which is now fixed.

Also, it does search for all keys under that directory, but not all keys are libraries so it also filters them too.

Gave v2.0.0 a try on a test machine. Win10 22H2. Didn't really do much of anything except create a log file. Got an hour glass a couple of times like it was trying to load but never did anything else.
Test machine is not connected to internet if that matters...

If you selected to have the content directory removed (the actual library folder), this can take anywhere from a couple seconds to several minutes per library depending on how large the library is. I'll have a progress indicator for that part in the next update, the Windows API isn't the easiest thing to work with.

 

Also tried to run and only got a long log file. GUI failed to start up

 

At first I didn't think much of it but after a couple of times launching and nothing showed I checked the task man. There were no instances of the tool running.
