(SOLVED) How to use Kontakt 5 on M4 to register NICNT files?

    hey all,

    I recently came across a library I wanted to use and tried to add it to Kontakt 7 on my MacBook M4 Pro, but it doesn't allow importing NICNT files directly (or at least I couldn't find a way to do that). I've read several articles saying you need Kontakt 5 to do this, since it will then also load in Kontakt 7 after being registered in 5, but I can't even install Kontakt 5 as it's not Silicon-based but Intel-based. Running the installer gives me plenty of errors. I tried installing it repeatedly, but with no success.

    Does anyone had a similar issue or maybe found a way to solve it differently?

    There's a tool for apple called KLU (kontakt library utility) that might help...
