Hey Guys So If Ya Can maybe confirm some things for me and also let me know if i'm on the right path.. i know there are a few nebula help threads on here and i've read what i could find but i'm on windows 11 and using VST2 for nebula. the library i'm trying to get working is the plates of legends 44.1 i'll give you the steps that i did so far and if you could let me know if im on the right track.
i got nebula open and working as far as i can tell but when i go to the setup editor and try to load a program it says one or more programs are missing. now i only extracted the plates of legend 1X vectors 44khz and the programs all sample rates .. should i just extract all of them? or no because i only plan on using 44.1?
i extracted the skins folder first for the plates of legend which gave me 3 folders properties, setups, skins,
i dragged and dropped the contents of each of the olders in their corresponding folder on my C/ nebula4temprepository so skins went to skins, properties went to properties etc. and after that i took the 44.1 programs that are .n2p files and dropped them in my vst2 folder inside the Nebula folder i created.. i'm wondering if i have to drop those files so they are in the exact same folder as the N4.dll N4.ENG and N4.xml because right now i have the cupwise plates of legend in a folder in that location. alittle help would be appriciated . thanks in advanced

If you haven't already, get Nebula v4.5 - it will run pretty much everything available on sisite. As far as sample rate file sets for the nebula device installations go, you only need the sample rate files that your audio system runs at. You can copy all of them, or only one set it doesn't really matter - only make certain that your main sample rate is represented. Just remember "programs", "vectors", "properties", "skins" etc, are all needing to be copied to their respective repository folders (nowhere else) in order for things to work correctly. The Nebula VST plugins go to the proper system areas where you keep VST plugins (i.e. %program files%\common files\VST3, for VST3, and %program files%\Steinberg\VSTplugins, for VST2 x64).

It's been a while since i messed with Nebula, but the n2p files go to the "program" folder on C:/nebula4temprepository (and if you have any n2v files, those go to vectors), pretty sure that's the problem.

so when i try to load plates of legends i select vst2 format and N4_Generic.N2S then hit save i get Error opening N4 VST2 configuration file.. i'm so confused lol i have all the .N2V files in nebula4temprpository/ vectors ...when i had acoustica plugins from R2R installed these files went with the .dll files but obviously things are different for this release.
just so everyone knows i have nebula 4.5 running and opens i'm just having issues getting the libraries to open

    Short tutorial:

After Installing N4.dll forget about your VST folder for Nebula. You're not using it ever again for this software. It's not Acustica Framework.

Instead, you're going to use C:/nebula4temprepository. All the folders on a lib will have a corresponding folder on nebula4temprepository. The most simplistic lib will have at least "programs" and "vectors" folders. Copy the "Programs" folder on the lib to the "Programs" folder on C:/nebula4temprepository. The same thing with the "Vectors" folder.

If the lib got other folders, you should place em as well at C:/nebula4temprepository corresponding/pair folder. That's pretty much all you need to know acording to the library install process on N4 plugin finder.

Go to N4 Settings, next choose Setups, make sure that you use your VST2 path for both "VST2 N4 directory" and "VST2 setups directory", so in your case C:/ProgramFiles/Steinberg/VSTPlugins.
