Current MAC OS ISSUE for Current by Minimal Audio

    Most recently, the Current by minimal audio synthesizer was released on our favorite audioz. People wrote in the comments that you need to write in the terminal to make it work something like / sudo nano
    Please help me cause post was deleted

    sudo nano /etc/hosts

    when you are done editing, Control + O to save the file, hit return key to OK it. Control+X to exit Nano.

    add this at the bottom of the file:

    0.0.0.0 api.minimalplugins.com
    0.0.0.0 api.minimal.audio
    0.0.0.0 graphql.minimalplugins.com
    0.0.0.0 raphql.minimal.audio
    0.0.0.0 events.minimalplugins.com
    0.0.0.0 events.minimal.audio

    sudo nano /etc/hosts
    (enter admin password of your computer, not visible while typing)

    add the minmal audio website (and, if necessary, all its variations) to the list with 127.0.0.1 as resolving address(es).
    So that, when any Minimal Audio instance tries to "call home", it will be redirected to your localhost instead.

    save & exit as clone already described.

    127.0.0.1 is the loopback interface, and 0.0.0.0 is not routable, and your computer does not even create the packet to attempt a connection.
    If your hosts file is hundreds of entries long, or more like some people do; loopback is slower.

    Even if plugins like Evoke get their calls home stopped I hope it doesn’t eat tons of resources on my MacBook Pro 2018 like it does on my ROG Ally, but evoke is the only minimal effect that is hungry like that I believe

    Thank you guys for help but I didn't mean simply adding prohibition hosts to the file. There were separate manipulations with the library folder through the terminal. Now I get this error from my BItwig Studio
