I hope i find you all well. I'm trying to find pack(s) of transition files for audio mixing or remixing. You know, these sounds coming and/or leaving when mixing two songs...
Any help would be appreciated.

search for risers, uplifters, whoosh types of effects. The Baby Audio plugin Transit is made for doing this, and another good plugin to make washouts is Dada Life Endless Smile. You can also make them with any synth with a noise oscillator using the cutoff.

There are lots of sample packs and Kontakt instruments even which are nothing but risers and whooshes.

 

This is usually done using mixer/controller/effector effects, but never using ready-made samples.

Most just use whats in the effects section of the mixerbut You'll get a better finish if you just loop the song your leaving and fade it down low so it's in the back ground. When you hear a loud sound in the track you've move to, you can hit stop.

If your going to use a noise to hide you cutting the track, you might as well just cut the track. The sound effect points out your doing the exact thing your trying to hide.

As noted by @clone , Transit from Baby Audio is a great choice for automating transitions. Really any multi-effect will do, or even daw fx, but Transit is set up in a way that makes it easy to map and control from one macro.

For samples, any EDM subgenre sample pack will have them, even pop and hip hop packs often times do. Vengeance samples are oldies but goodies. Tech house packs, (bro tech house, not real tech house) often have a great selection that are simple and not too distracting or overbearing. DnB packs will have more experimental, sound designy ones, Trailer sample packs as well. Keywords to search for :

Risers
Uplifters
Downlifter (why its called this has always infuriated me lol DOWN LIFT?!?!??!, lmao)
Impacts
Sub Drop
Hits
Reverses
Transition FX

 

probably the most important skill you can learn as a DJ is seamlessly fading between tracks. if you're not amazing at that yet (and I'm guessing you're not since you're asking for transitions), I'd concentrate on getting better at that first

 

I believe the poster was referring to using these sounds in production / remixing, not in a live situation.
