Tukan plugins sounds better than UAD.
ABX blind test them in fair comparison on 1/2 bar LUFS normalized material.

Actually, it (AI) doesn't say that even remotely:

The catch:

• In terms of sound fidelity and professional credibility, UAD still blows Tukan out of the water. If you’re tracking analog gear, mixing top-tier music, or mastering, UAD is reference-level.
  
  
• Tukan can shine in creative, experimental, or budget-conscious scenarios, but it doesn’t replace the accuracy of UAD.

Appreciate the share but can we leave the very unnecessary reliance on AI, out of here? Especially after forum rules were stated.

Literally nobody asked for instructions on the ‘Pultec trick’ or AI’s opinion on whether Tukan Studios make better plugins than UAD.

 

Because it was the only post it could find on the internet where anyone has ever said that.

 

I was able grab both the Pultec pack and the Century Strip in the past 2 weeks...incredible deal. I'm surprised they did this back to back like that. I'll take freebies all day from UA.
