    I don't sleep well at all Im in bed now having a RUM & Pinapple juice I will go to sleep and wake up at around 3am then watch tv for a bit then go back to sleep till about 8-9am then Gym then shower then vegan breakfast then make music possible write a song then watch YouTube videos then Go work all night then come home n sleep till Friday then do this all again il hava a JD N COKE on Friday though .. lol

    i dont sleep.. i mean i sleep well i get about 8 hours of sleep but it happends i WORK late at night... i work that much that i basically get insomnia from working at late night and sometimes i sleep at day.. i know it sounds unhealthy. it probably is.. but you have no idea how amazing these nights can be. the work gets done late at night.. most ideas, creativity spark at the hour of the night.

    I get about 6.5 hours on average, which from my understanding is not very good, but its OK.
    I meditate every morning, and before I go to sleep for 30 minutes to an hour. Have done so since I was a child, just didn't know they called it meditation.

    Yoga nidra, or any type of body-scan meditation is great if you have problems sleeping.

    6.5 hours of sleep plus 2 x 30 minutes of yoga = 7.5 hours.

    The word Nidra comes from Sanskrit and means "sleep" or "non-awareness." Yoga Nidra is a deep relaxation practice whose effects are said to go beyond the usual understanding of relaxation. It is a kind of psychic sleep in which physical, mental, and emotional activities are meant to come to rest. It is therefore more than a relaxation exercise, but it does not include any physical exercises.

    Depth, no time no space, peace.. one cool thing is, we get to take some of that peace with us here on this playground. :)
    I did is as a kid unknowingly, how wierd that it felt normal for me from the start, to be in that blackness, calm..

    I wish for everyone here, 30 minutes every day, just sit next to the wall, close your eyes and just train your body and slowly regain control.:bow:
