I have a Komplete Kontrol S61 Mk1, and the version of KK it uses (v2.9.6) only works with Kontakt 6, and I uninstalled that a while back - It's part of my genuine Komplete Ultimate collection. I was wondering if it's safe to log into NI with Native Access to download that again? Not only that, but I Installed R2R's Kontakt v6.8, I keep getting sent back to demo mode. The K/B is useless without Komplete Kontrol software.

I blocked it using my firewall, but it keeps finding me out.

 

you can run legit NI alongside all the cracks of NI stuff. Been doing it for years. This is my one advice I'll give you. DO NOT "UPDATE ALL" and never ever update the Kontakt/Komplete Kontrol/ Maschine (if you're running those cracked too). Otherwise you will lose autorization and open up a lot of headache and a day of fixing unless you're advanced. Take care.

 

Thanks, I uninstalled K6.8 and installed K6.7.1, and it seems to be working right now. I think I patched the .exe instead of the .dll the 1st time, which probably explains what was happening.
