Yeah, what's with that? I uninstalled it after I read it here...but when I tried to install it the first time, I got an error that it's not supported by my windows version although the installation went through as I had it in add/remove uninstall list.

Does it require win 11 or something else?
I wonder as I do have legit MIR Pro so I wonder if I could use this with it. Although, I haven't noticed any reports on vi control that the GPU thingy actually saves any recourses.

It's to do with OpenGL and older GPUs I presume, kinda how TCD has OpenGl and non-OpenGL versions of the TBProAudio plugins.

And sorry for not helping with your problem - I was actually a dumbass, not reading properly, and copied some sfv file (from player rar archive) thinking it's the one :D

 

Not sure what I've done, as I've literally done nothing, not even a restart, but it all now seems to be working fine.

Trying to replicate it, and it seems like if the hard drive the samples are on hibernates (as my external Terra Master D8 Hybrid does even though I've set it to not do it), then if the VST3 can't locate the samples, it just crashes the entire DAW instead of telling you it can;t find the samples. Just to forewarn anyone to be aware of this

 

In general, I came to the conclusion that it's not about hardware, but about the plug-in, I came to this conclusion by identifying patterns. It works fine for me only in Cubase, Dorico, Ableton and works poorly only in FL Studio, Reaper, MuseScore.

My pc:
Win 11 (x64)
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 4600H.
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 (4Gb)

It runs without problems in Cakewalk - Sonar; the GUI is at least there and usable. In Studio One 7, it's not recognized at all; the entry in the browser simply isn't there. After installation, it disabled Sample Logic - Animation Station 2 VSTi, which is the only plugin backed up with the Pace iLok 3 USB-A stick. That's more than strange. I hope R2r fixes the bug. Or is the R2r version not properly cracked? Questions upon questions; I'm not satisfied with the way things are.

 

I think since this is already version 2.0.0, then most likely this error is a small misunderstanding, it seems to me that such serious things were revealed even on version 1.0.0.

Hey guys I have a question: can it runs alongside legal ilok key ? Because, as a mac user I need to run Synchron Player inside Vienna Ensemble Pro on my PC network. I followed every steps from the VSLEMU manual and all libraries are linked in the player but I only get free libraries I own.Thank you for help

 

There is no cracked version for Mac, it simply does not exist publicly, maybe R2R has it somewhere, but not publicly. But if you have installed Windows, then just follow the instructions. (When generating a license, the decryption key is intercepted from the actual license. It's even described in the manual)

 

I'm using Vienna ensemble Pro on a PC linked to my mac (it is used as a server). So I can use any windows plugin on my mac, included Synchron Player. My question is about using VSLEMU alongside my ilok. I have a vienna ensemble pro licence on it. For now i've done every steps but VSL libs won't show up.Thanks

For anyone that doesn't already know, The GPU Audio Engine is called Vienna Power House.
Vienna Power House can be used optionally with VSL's Vienna MIR Pro 3D.
It offloads convolution processes to the graphics card, in order to reduce the load on the CPU.
If you don't use Vienna MIR Pro 3D, then It's of no use.

The minimum requirements for Vienna Power House are -
NVIDIA: GTX 1000-Series or AMD RX 5000 Series (Min. 8 GB VRAM)
I have an old AMD RX 550 (2 GB VRAM) GPU. So I just deleted the GPU Audio Engine.

When creating a license for Duality Strings (virtuoso) founded a bug, sometimes, apparently, a dll that intercepts the license - sometimes it doesn't load when the client starts, and even if you restart it, it's not a fact that the dll will be loaded. Reinstalling helps, it's a pity didn't try to turn off and turn on the dump mode in the registry after restarting the player before each state change. If anyone can report this to R2R, don't be stingy.

I was thinking to get it working too..is not working in my mac mini i7 2019 last intel mac running win10 in bootcamp mode…i have the same problem as you, im a regular VEP user with ilok license like you. Unfortunately it seems these combos are not tested by R2R.

 

Hi guys, I use Windows 10 I have this problem after installed and Copy the R2R magic files in C:\ProgramData\VSL\Vienna Synchron Player\R2R
and Launching VSLEmu cache builder, in wich I get 0 files generated, this is what happens I can drag the patches but there is no sound




And if try to open the library from here it crashes




Honestly I don't know what im doing wrong, I really appreciate any advice, Im new at this

 

I have been following the instructions very carefully. Even reading comments on sister site explaining them in a different way. Double, triple checking the order of operations etc. I feel like I am going crazy!

I believe my problem is when I use the VSLEMU Cachebuilder; it is saying 0 files/0 files generated. So the VSLEMU Cachebuilder is not working. There is no troubleshooting documentation for this but I see someone posted with a similar problem in this thread.

Any help appreciated. So far the only thing I could think of was to make sure the Program files/VSL folder has full read write permissions but that did nothing.

-edit- re-reading the thread and my post, I see my simple error. I placed the magic files into Program Files and not Program Data. One of those things where my brain see's "C/Program"blank" and it fills in "Programfiles" automatically every time my eyeballs scan that. I guess my brain works like faulty mp3 compression lol.
