Thanks for the help guys, was running these directly on a win11 laptop, disabled AV, searched the file and couldn't find it anywhere, even tried showing hidden files but nada! Eventually, I did use Crossover on a mac and was able to generate them.

Also thought about installing Visual C++ wich I did but did not help, didn't check those .NET frameworks maybe its that! But will be using Crossover on the Mac side for this as this is my son's laptop aka not used for cracks and questionable music creation ;)
