That's true, but it's not an obstacle for everyone. There have been many questions here in the forum like, "I'm taking a course, what happens if the instructor discovers my illegal plugins?" Many instructors know this and turn a blind eye. As "Team Air" once put it: "Because we're not millionaires."

In my opinion, it has a lot to do with people's income. In poorer segments of the population, cracks are probably used despite the bans in order to participate in technological progress at all.

Pack the cracks with WinRAR and a password, and rename the folder beforehand.

 

it would only matter if you were sponsored or had endorsements from plugin companies and other hardware companies. Because then if they found out they could probably do something about it, but otherwise it really doesn't matter. I would say though if you're making videos with cracked plugins, I would make sure to edit out any warez names on the license, if the crack doesn't let you change the license name. Image line cracked down on a youtuber who was using cracked FL Studio because the name of the warez group that cracked it was in the license name on the top corner of the screen and he didn't even think to hide it, and he did get in some legal trouble for it. Only then is it a problem really.

 

That has to be the case, otherwise many plugin companies would have gone bankrupt long ago.
After all, the anti-hacker/anti-cracker movement is still paying the music software manufacturers...!

 

With the company "Tone 2," you'd end up on their "lifelong blacklist" if they caught you illegally posting their products.

For some copyright infringements, YouTube will ask you to delete the video in question, and if you don't, they'll delete it.
In the worst-case scenario, you'll be banned from YouTube.

However, since it is no longer possible to sue everyone, given the millions of copyright infringements, the consequences are no longer as drastic. For example, previously, a debt collection agency would send you a bill for 800 EUR or more for stolen photos from a photographer. Then the EU reduced the penalty for this abuse to a flat rate of 50 EUR per image.

It just appears that after all those hurdles are cleared for both platforms; some straggler of the batch is left cured for only one platform. Like a journalist writing a story on a publishing deadline who has simply run out of time; or how Waves updates' always have the newest thing still not working yet.

 

The excitement of that H20 teaser was huge! I can still remember DL'ing it off some eMule site, how awesome was that? Those that remember will know the feeling....

Save your money to get the Pokemons and their balls, could mean Spitfire Audio libraries.
Or libraries for another sampler that has yet to be cracked.
