    I hear it on TV too. It recent. I'm thinking this library may have been republished by someone. Which is why the amount of use it has been getting all at once. Unless it coincidence.

    Lately it could be Soundiron Rust 1, 2 and/or 3. Or Boom Library Cinematic Metal. Or any "cinematic impact sample library"...or maybe they just went Foley on it and hit a few oil barrel and carbage bins, pitched it down and put reverb on it.
