No. But it can damage your mind (alter your brain for the worse), and/or open you up to a varying degree of demonic influences and the deleterious effects of that.
Whether you believe that or not, that is up to you discover the consequences of... as many others did in the same way, unfortunately.

Short answer: There's no direct harm to speaker cones and voice coils from weed smoke. But there are other threats: tar/residue builds up on monitor grilles and internals, fire risk, impaired volume perception (you can fry your tweeters).
And here's a life hack: if the residue on your equipment is sticky and has that distinct smell – you might have accidentally started a cottage industry hashish production
But seriously folks: smoking is harmful and dangerous – for your health, your creativity, and your studio equipment.
In general, take care of your equipment and your sober ears!

come on man, everybody knows it will affect the response time.....the more weed is smoked, the longer the response time will get, not only for tweeters but for any speaker!:guru:

Consider the outside air. If you have a studio on the street, for example, near a coal-fired power plant or in New Delhi (the dirtiest air in the world), you should consider an electronic air washer. It will clean the air in your room, including burnt residue from joints or candles. Ventilate regularly and vacuum regularly; your health and your equipment will thank you!

The air, and not just on the streets, contains a lot of fine dust and microplastics.
There are also brake pads, exhaust fumes, tire wear, and much more.
