Running reaper on Arch btw (CatchyOS), I already got SWAM working with YaBridge, and now gonna try Kontakt.

Some have said Kontakt 7 works better than 8. Maybe a portable install works better? Any advice on how to get it working nicely?

SWAM works but the GUI is kinda messed up, and it can't do VST cross-talk for the room simulations.

I have yet to start playing with Linux for my studio mainly because my soundcard isn't supported. I use Reaper in my studio but I thought it of interest that I saw yesterday that there is a beta Linux version of Studio One.

I've got Kontakt 5 and 6 working just like they would on Windows and have no intention of using 7 and/or 8. There's no need.

All of the NI plugins work rather smoothly with WINE 9 and Yabridge (and DXVK). I really should update to WINE 9.21 these days. I still use WINE stable.
